Accounting could have been a simple story of family inheritance for Ariele Violland-Rizzetto; her mother, a pioneer among working women, created her own accounting firm in Cluses in 1959. But accounting at that time did not make the young Ariele dream, who rather hoped to shine on the basketball courts. It was because she saw the possibility of doing accounting differently that our expert finally took over the family torch. As soon as she arrived in the profession, in the early 1980s, she revolutionized the practices integrating IT into the company.
Assuming her training and her professional and family life, she led a life at 200 miles an hour for more than 10 years. As soon as she finished her studies, she announced with her dissertation on the ISO standard (note: standard of quality of life in the company and customer satisfaction) the main orientations of the family firm, of which she took over the reins alone in 1990.
