The (human) experience above all
Born in Neuchâtel in a family of teachers, Emmanuelle will very early stand out from the family model. Rather than pass her baccalaureate, she decides to enter the workforce. Yet a poor reader at the time, chance pushed her into a bookstore, where her motivation allowed her to land a job as a saleswoman. Having at heart to fulfill her duties as best as possible, Emmanuelle immerses herself in books with an avidity and a pleasure that she would not have suspected. She therefore decides to pass her CFC as a bookseller. Her relational qualities and her sense of organization led her to take responsibility for another bookstore and then finally led her to Geneva as executive assistant of one of the largest bookstores in Geneva, the Payot bookstore.
Emmanuelle Ossola could have spent her life surrounded by books, but that was without counting on the natural curiosity and spirit of initiative of our Expert. She decided to apply her skills in customer relations to other sectors of activity. She then embarked on an eclectic professional career, from cosmetics to luxury jewelry, including designer furniture and more recently office supplies. In everything she undertakes, her human qualities and her versatility make her go beyond her commercial duties. She shares her know-how in customer relations by becoming a trainer in a call center. From a voluntary activity as secretary within the Groupement des Jeunes Dirigeants de Genève, Emmanuelle Ossola was quickly noticed for her communication skills around successful events and networking.
Our Expert, a great golf lover, decides to try the putt towards independence, first in parallel with her salaried job and more recently 200% invested in her project. She shares her experience to support companies and project leaders. With her multifaceted experience, Emmanuelle Ossola has more than one club in her bag.
