In the early 1990s, Ralph Saas evolved far from the field of insurance. He began his professional career with a Federal Certificate of Civil Engineering Draftsmanship in his pocket. The Franco-Swiss then decides to rub shoulders with the world and go see the country. He became a sales representative, crisscrossing France, to sell small photographic equipment. Ralph likes to meet people, to listen to them. However, he would like to design a truer, long-term customer relationship. It is this observation that led him to take an interest in the field of insurance.
Indeed, his father, after several years with insurance companies, decided to create his own brokerage company in Geneva in 1998. It is at his side that our Expert will learn the trade “on the job”. On the strength of this experience, which allows him to fully express his potential and his interpersonal skills, Ralph Saas obtains his federal certificate and becomes a partner in the family business in 2011. Concerned about a job well done, our Expert constantly sharpens his skills thanks to a continuing education program meeting FINMA and CICERO standards.
