Journey of life, adventure without limits
Alexandre Guinjard is a Creusois/Landais ascendant from Brive who has the business in his genes. His father and his maternal grandfather were entrepreneurs before him. The young Alexandre developed a passion for science and innovation very early on, dreaming of rolling back the impossible. After a BAC+2 in IUT Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing, he is looking forward to flying on his own, well before obtaining his pilot’s license. His first job, within a local authority, could have opened up a clear future for him. But it would be very bad to know Alexandre to see him choose the easy way.
He resigns and, faced with paternal dissatisfaction, sets off in search of a new professional adventure. This is how he joined SICAME, a large global industrial group based in Corrèze. In charge of the development of the group intranet, despite the limited hardware and software resources made available to him, he doubled his objectives from the first year, thanks to his inventiveness, his involvement and by not counting his working time. His human qualities are also unanimously recognized by his colleagues and hierarchical superiors, who regret to see him leave the company in 2002, for lack of being able to offer him prospects for internal development.
Our Expert decides to open up new horizons himself. Thus, he resumed his studies in evening classes to obtain his Master of Science with honors three years later. At the same time, he joined BERNIS/GEODIS where he became project manager in the development of a group intranet for human resources. Combining technical knowledge and commercial ease, Alexandre Guinjard becomes the ambassador of his IT solution to all BERNIS agencies and GEODIS headquarters. It is by regularly accompanying branch managers and customer sales representatives that he realizes that many SMEs do not know how to manage an IT project, thus awakening their entrepreneurial chromosome.
In 2005, at only 27 years old, Alexandre created Accecia. In less than a year, his company found its first customers, allowing it to recruit a first employee. Quickly, Accecia evolves. The one who was to offer IT project management support, “Your IT architect” as announced in its first slogan, becomes a tailor-made software publisher to best meet the demand of its customers.
